About

Ciaran is the founder of Stride Physiotherapy, originally hailing from Portmarnock in County Dublin. A qualified physiotherapist from the University of Brighton, Ciaran is CORU-registered and a member of The Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP).

Currently working as a Senior Physiotherapist at one of Dublin's leading teaching hospitals, Ciaran specialises in lower back pain treatment whilst maintaining extensive experience across musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative joint rehabilitation, and strength and balance programmes designed to prevent falls. Having completed his degree in Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation, Ciaran is presently pursuing an MSc in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

Outside of his professional practice, Ciaran maintains a passionate involvement in martial arts, holding a black belt in Judo and blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He thrives on competition and continuously seeks new challenges to push his boundaries.
