About

Ciaran is the founder of Stride Physiotherapy, originally hailing from Portmarnock in County Dublin. A qualified physiotherapist from the University of Brighton, Ciaran is CORU-registered and a member of The Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP).

Ciarán is an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist who has worked in Senior Roles at Leading teaching Hospitals across Dublin and London, specialising in the treatment of lower back pain. He also has extensive experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative joint rehabilitation, and delivering strength and balance programs aimed at falls prevention.

Having also completed his degree in Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation, Ciarán has gained experience working with professional football club Queens Park Rangers and is currently working with Ashbourne Rugby Club’s Senior Men’s Team.

Outside of his professional practice, Ciaran maintains a passionate involvement in martial arts, holding a black belt in Judo and blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He thrives on competition and continuously seeks new challenges to push his boundaries.
